BEE on Call (Pty) Ltd is focused on ensuring that B-BBEE is not perceived as a compliance requirement, but instead as an integral component of a business’ marketing and growth strategy.

We work with our clients to ensure that they apply Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment as a business strategy to increase internal competencies and external operating efficiencies.

Our emphasis is on using the legislative framework to achieve best-practice business standards in terms of supplier development, business competitiveness, and market positioning.

We pride ourselves on the expertise of the industry and as a group of connected companies we collectively have over 50 years of experience. The stakeholders within our associated group of companies also do contracting work for SANAS.

Paul Louw | Director & Shareholder

Paul Louw, the founder of BEE on Call is educated as a Chartered Accountant and subsequently developed a keen interest in B-BBEE and its related disciplines. Paul has over 20 years of experience in various industries and is able to use his knowledge of business to assist in implementing the processes.

Surene Louw | Director

Surene is the driving force behind the administrative operations at BEE On Call. As our
Office Manager, she plays a central role in ensuring that the business runs smoothly and
efficiently on a daily basis. With a strong background in administration and a natural ability to organise, coordinate, and optimise processes, Surene supports the company with
professionalism and a proactive approach.

Jadon Lucas | Senior Consultant

Jadon joined our team as a Senior Consultant and quickly distinguished himself through his expertise and dedication. He holds a law degree from the University of South Africa and is deeply committed to upholding legislation while guiding BEE On Call to align with legal
standards rather than outdated industry practices.
With a strong foundation in law and a wide range of interests, Jadon brings a multifaceted perspective that enriches our team. His drive, passion, and curiosity embody a spirit of continuous growth and exploration, both within the legal profession and beyond.

compliance with sound financial principles to help businesses optimise their operations. Her approach focuses on accuracy, efficiency and practical solutions, ensuring that clients not only meet regulatory requirements but also gain real value from their compliance efforts.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to client success, Nicolene
plays an active role in guiding businesses through complex BEE structures, financial processes and growth planning. She is driven by a desire to simplify compliance, enhance
business performance and support clients in achieving sustainable transformation outcomes.

Amber Levendal | Key Client Consultant

As a B-BBEE Key Client Consultant, she is responsible for supporting and managing clients through their annual B-BBEE verification cycle. As a legal graduate, she provides a strong legal foundation for interpreting legislation and ensuring accurate, compliance and effective outcomes.
She is dedicated to offering clear guidance, exceptional services and practical solutions that help organisations meet their transformation and compliance goals.
