BEE on Call (Pty) Ltd is focused on ensuring that B-BBEE is not perceived as a compliance requirement, but instead as an integral component of a business’ marketing and growth strategy.

We work with our clients to ensure that they apply Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment as a business strategy to increase internal competencies and external operating efficiencies.

Our emphasis is on using the legislative framework to achieve best-practice business standards in terms of supplier development, business competitiveness, and market positioning.

We pride ourselves on the expertise of the industry and as a group of connected companies we collectively have over 50 years of experience. The stakeholders within our associated group of companies also do contracting work for SANAS.

Paul Louw | Director & Shareholder

Paul Louw, the founder of BEE on Call is educated as a Chartered Accountant and subsequently developed a keen interest in B-BBEE and its related disciplines. Paul has over 20 years of experience in various industries and is able to use his knowledge of business to assist in implementing the processes.

Jadon Lucas | Junior Consultant

Jadon joined our team in March 2024 as a junior consultant. Jadon completed his law
degree through the University of South Africa. He is committed to upholding legislation and guiding BEE On Call to adhere to law, rather than outdated industry practices.
With his blend of legal expertise and eclectic interests, Jadon brings a multifaceted perspective to the team. Driven, passionate, and endlessly curious, he embodies a spirit of exploration and growth, both within the legal profession and beyond.

Brenda Garcia | Junior Consultant

Brenda joined our team as a Junior Consultant in 2024, she has developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
She served in the military for 18 years where she excelled in the HR field. She then proceeded to get her Diploma in Bookkeeping and managed an accounting department for a big International Corporate Company for 7 years.
